I picked up some of these (http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&q=hair+skin+and+nails+vitamins+5+000+biotin&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&biw=1366&bih=654&wrapid=tlif133671028193610&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=shop&cid=193066862388797013&sa=X&ei=j5SsT5fvEZOK8QTn87W3BA&ved=0CL4BEPMCMAE#) the other day. Has anyone had any success with them? I mean, did it make a big difference in your hair, skin, and nails in the longrun? I'm just curious.

It has for me. I have noticed more growth in the last week, but I am a bit of a freak ;) . either way, you can't do any harm (provided you consult your doctor and do research) by taking the right daily amount and no more
I have done peppermint tea rinses too and I think that has helped too

It should help, but can take some time to see results. I've been taking all the vitamins listed in that product for a long time now. I organize them in a weekly pill box to help me take them all everyday. I also have increased my protein with hydrolyzed collagen gelatin (protein) and grass fed whey protein powder in a smoothie each day. It's been over a year that I've always done some sort of protein smoothie, but within the past couple have added the collagen gelatin. I think my hair is stronger and has been growing pretty fast. Each washing I measure it against my back when it's wet and am always thrilled as it feels a little longer every time. :cheese:
I saw on YouTube a while back some girl said her hair grew super fast (like inches in a very short time) by laying on her back in bed with her head draped over the edge upside down. She massages her scalp with Jojoba oil and allows the blood to flow into her scalp for several minutes (or more, I forget). The logic makes sense to me, anyone ever heard of anything like that? Have thought about trying it sometime.

I have seen this a couple of times in books on hair growth/maintaining healthy hair. I can't remember which ones though as I've read a lot of them. I've never tried it but would love to hear if anyone's had results with this.
