I take requests too so if you want something for cheap I'm great at finding awesome deals, request away!

I could not find a thread for this so I am sorry if there is one already. I though "we would all like to save more money" it would be nice to help each other save some money so lets make a list of the most inexpensive places to buy LHC stuff (shampoos, oils, toys, combs, etc). Be pretty specific, like "You can find Avalon Organics conditioners cheapest at _______ for $______"

I will add your contributions and add your name and organize everything by category. Remember to take into account the size of the item like if you find a 20oz conditioner for $20 but someone finds the same conditioner 15oz for $10 that is a better deal, only mention the deal if it is better

Also, please mention if it is a temporary sale or permanent price. We can tell each other about deals here and the cheapest permanent prices.

I will come contribute more later... in the meantime post your best deals! See if you can beat some of mine!

These are American prices I always forget we have people from many countries here because we are all speaking English here (and I'm not dumb I know English isn't an American only language haha). Anyways, what should I do for our non-American LHC-ers? Should I put up a currency converter and perhaps a symbol that shows it ships worldwide? Thanks guys I will add your contributions! Also, REQUEST AWAY if you want something cheap I can find it for your :D

Information on if it ships worldwide and approximate shipping costs would be great. I don't usually buy from the same places as Americans because it's cheaper to buy from a UK website, but if the shipping's good enough sometimes it is cheaper to get from an inexpensive American site.

By the way, the cheapest virgin coconut oil I've found in the UK is Coconoil (http://www.coconoil.co.uk/). It's £9.49 for a 460 g tub, but if you buy more than one tub at a time the price goes down. Shipping's free, too!

Agreed. I know non-Americans are the minority here, but still, I wish this thread had the suffix "in the USA".

Just adding another yes please to this. :D

Yes! It would be great to know if and how much it costs to ship to Canada.

approximate shipping costs would be great

I wish I could do this but I don't even know the approximate for American shipping because most of these places ship based on weight so every order is different :( There are some places that do things like spend $100 and get a flat-rate shipping I will list those. BUT I am going to organize everything to let others know where it ships to and a currency converter. Unfortunately I didn't want to get in trouble reserving too many posts and I think the limit is 10,000 letters per post so I am limited on space as well (because there are still hundreds of things we are going to want to list) so I am going to add non-U.S.A symbols, listings, and helpful things as much as possible without taking away from the space we need to type out the full name, place, url, etc of the products.

Cheap Kool-Aid
Now is the perfect time to try out Kool-Aid there are some coupons floating around buy 10 get 5 free (you can buy some on Ebay (click) (http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p4012.m570.l1313&_nkw=kool-aid+coupon&_sacat=See-All-Categories)) I bought mine at Winco they sell them 10/$1 and my Walmart sells them for 6/$1 check prices I'm sure you can find places where they sell Kool-Aid cheap. I just bought 20 coupons so I can get 300 packets for $20 that's the cheapest hair dye eva!!

I tried the Dollar General Smooth & Silky conditioner that is suppose to be a knock off of Tresemme Vitamin H conditioner and if you like cones it makes your hair really soft. It zapped the heck out of my waves last time (I didn't rinse that well) but my hair is insanely soft. I still use a little EVOO on it after but its one of the nicest cheap, coney poos I've tried. Its worth a try if you use cones and like CHEAP stuff though.

- I have found some Cheap hennas in my time .
The latest one is in Peckham in London, in a shop called Persepolis.
Here is info on the product:
http://foratasteofpersia.co.uk/2012/01/beauty-product-of-the-month-henna/

500g of Iranian henna for £2.99 . It's madness !

They also sell Indigo ! For same price for same amount .
Only catch is, you need to go into the shop .
But, to be fair, London is a big tourist town, so if you haircrazy people are ever here, have friends or family that come here, or even have LHC friends that live in London/England, I am sure you could sort yourself out ;)

Is there any way to "stick" this list somewhere it can easily be found? I've been here for years, yet never knew this existed, or if I did, have forgotten as it's disappeared!

Makes it difficult to know to look for it, if you don't know it exists in the first place...;o(

Also knowing it's there would help to keep it up-to-date!

I second that.... I haven't used them because of their price, but I would love to find them for cheaper and test them :)

A good way to get SM products in the EU, is through this shop:
http://www.pakshop.eu

I've ordered from them twice - yes it is expensive, but do *not* order from the US (the customs on import are insane). Do look through their info, to see how much you need to order for to get free shipping (to your specific country).

Depends on where you are. The Mane Choice ones are pretty good, and they're a known brand, so probably easy to get.
