I don't know about other ones, but my local Dollar Tree sometimes carries normal-sized bottles (15 oz) of Suave Naturals 'poo/condish. Most other places around here carry it for a little more than $1 so Dollar Tree wins as far as I know.

I buy my Jamila Henna for Hair from Halalco Books, who sell it for $1.50 per 100g (http://www.halalco.com/henna.html).

Around here, Bi-Mart sells the cheapest Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition conditioner for $4 for a normal-sized bottle. (13 oz)
