I haven't been on here much in the last couple weeks as I have had a lot to deal with but I did get my hair chopped and here is the result!

I also dyed the bits that were purple to red, loving it.

What do you all think? I was undecided about the bangs for ages but love them now.

The only weird thing is that my hair has a halo of frizz about it which I can't get rid of....hmm

Anyway, thanks for reading!

Ohh, I like the result, it looks very nice. Regarding the frizz, try oiling it the night before wash, that might help. :)

try to condition 2 times and add a little (tiny bit) of baby oil to your damp ends... It helps taming my big red fizz ball under control...

I like it too! looks regal :)

I did do CO for a while as well, maybe I'll go back. Baby oil, sounds good to me!

Thanks. I'm so pleased :)

CO only doesnt work for me at all... I found this sampoo "SIMPLY U" at walmart which is paraben/sulfates free shampoo and conditioner (and it's cheap too! a HUGE bottle with the pump is like $5.96!). i wash twice and I condition twice. Towel dry and then apply a smidge of baby oil to my ends... man, that routine is a miracle for my hair!!!

my ends used to be crunchy and all weird like. since i've been doing that, they are 90% better! I think a trim would take care of that, I am just not ready to trim ANYTHING yet!

That style really brings out your cheekbones - well, all of your features actually! It complements your bone stucture :)

Ever try CO washing? I get frizz just like that when I use shampoo, not nearly so much when I only wash with conditioner. (It doesn't work for all scalps, but it sure was good for mine.)

Thanks! I was thinking that it was looking a bit closer to a 'normal' length now. Just need to get the face framing layers to grow out a bit so it isn't quite so layered!

I have done, I used to do it all the time. I'll try again and see what happens.
Thanks!
