I finally got around to taking some pictures. When I first joined LHC I guessed that I was a 2a but I'm really not sure, what do people think?

I did absolutely nothing to my hair before taking these pictures, I CO washed it this morning, combed it through in the shower and blotted with a t-shirt so it didn't drip all over me. I then left it to dry and haven't even touched it. I hate how it looks :( From my ears downwards is very damaged from bleaching, semis, stripping, more bleaching plus daily blowdrying and straightening (not any more!), it's also rather short (longest layers just to shoulder). I'm really hoping that will more length and better health I might get really nice waves.

Oh! No pictures, where did they go? Does this link work?

Also, if anyone knows how I upload photos either to posts or to an album I'd be very grateful, I have searched and am apparently still doing it wrong. Thanks in advance :)

I think you will definitely get some lovely waves going! TBH I cannot see much damage in the pictures. I would put you in the 2a/b range but I'm not good enough at typing to be more sure.

edit: you can it pictures in your own album here on LHC and post them in your posts. That way only people with 25+ posts will be able to see them, and they will more reliably show up.

Thanks for the quick reply :) I can't seem to upload photos to an album - I get an error message - and I can't work out how to include them in a post so they show without giving a url? If I click "add picture" it just asks for a url, I can't upload from my computer.

Agree with brave on the 2a/b (I'm a 2a! High five!)

This is helpful for typing whurls and curls:
