I am looking for a good blond (purple) shampoo to help cut down on some of the yellow and brass my hair has. It looks great when I leave the salon but a week or two later it begins to get brassy. I am on a budget so I am looking for something fairly inexpensive. I have tried Clairol Shimmer lights but found it to be very drying. I thought about trying either the Lee Stafford Bleach Blond or John Frieda Color Renew....has anyone tried these? I have honey blond (darker blond hair) with highlights I just want to freshen up my color and tone down the brass....any suggestions greatly appreciated! Thank you!
