I just returned from an incredible week in Miami. I'd never been to Florida at all, and I had a blast. But one of the things I was also looking forward to was the vast selection and the cheap prices of hair products in the States! :agree:
Since it might be a while till I go back to the US, I splurged on more than a few items. I got:
• Pantene Pro-V Ice Shine shampoo & conditioner
• Aussie 3-Minute Miracle
• V05 Tea Therapy Vanilla Mint Tea conditioner
• Garnier Triple Nutrition conditioner
• V05 Herbal Escapes Pomegranate & Grapeseed Extract conditioner
Not to mention various accessories.
I use way more conditioner than shampoo, obviously. I'm totally excited about my stash.
The other hair-related experience was a brief conversation I had with a cocktail waitress. She had nearly waist-length, 3b, dark brown hair that I was admiring the entire evening. Before we left, I told her that I thought her hair was beautiful. Her reply was that she was trying to take extra good care of it, grow it as long as she could, and cut it all off to donate, in honour of her father who had cancer. It was the most touching thing I heard all night. Or ever. Wow. I told her about TLHC and wished her the best in her selfless endeavour.
Otherwise, I definitely missed TLHC whilst being away. Funny, ain't it? :wacko:
