Hair Darkening?

I was just wondering if my hair could be getting darker from using acv rinse or possibly from my discolored water that stains my laundry. Or it could just be that as I get older, it is becoming darker. I just recently switched to white vinegar rinse. If it is discoloration from acv or water, what could help remove it? Will just the white vinegar help? Here are some pics that show a little darkening:

Does it look darker? When I look back at picture from a couple years ago, my hair looked lighter. Unfortunately, I don't have any on my computer to post. And this may be a bad example since I had started using the acv before the first picture.

Any ideas?

Trying to tell the difference in color is REALLY hard in photos. Even after I henna'd and my hair color was incredibly different, there were some before and after photos that almost looked identical because of the light they were taken in. I know I have photos of my "before" hair that were so different, it would like light brown in one and almost black in others.

That being said, hair color can change with age, and I'm sure there are a lot of hair care elements that can change it, too. If you think it's darker it very well may be! It's just difficult to tell from pics, especially since you can tell the lighting in the two photos you posted is very different just looking at the wall in front of you :)
