Circumference Increase!!!

I just measured my circumference, and it's up to 9cm from 7 (or it's up to 3.5" from 2.7"). I last measured about two months ago. The biggest changes I've made have been quitting conventional dye (though it did take three boxes of Colour B4 to do that) and being really strict about taking a daily prenatal and saw palmetto (well, a prostate supplement with saw palmetto, stinging nettle, pumpkinseed etc). I've also stopped combing my hair after towel drying.

I'm AMAZED. Circumference growth has been my biggest goal. I think I'm also definitely at mid back length now. Only a few months to waist!

Does hair dye thin your hair? I couldn't imagine going without it but if it makes my hair thicker....maybe!
