I've seen plenty of mention of phases of the moon on the forums since I joined, particularly on forums about trimming.
Could somebody please explain this to me or point me in the direction of an explanation?
I hate being the new girl:confused:

Here you go. It has a ton (albeit confusing) information about it

A brief recap of all that info is to say that some people believe that trimming your hair during different times of the month such as full or new moon helps the hair gain more length or get thicker or even stop growing depending on when it's done. Many people have tried it and gotten good results. Hope that at least gives you a general idea.

I'd go to the store and get a farmers almanac. They have the best time page one is for trimming for hair growth.

From what I know, it's best to cut during the water signs to give growth and moistured hair, Leo for thickness.
