cassia or henna gloss

What has better conditioning and strengthening properties, full strength cassia or henna gloss? Also interested in thickening as my dark hair is fine. TIA.

Henna lasts longer, cassia washes out in about a month, so I'd probably vote henna...

Henna is better when it comes to giving you permanent results, but that also includes color. If you don't want a permanent red glow to your hair, then I suggest doing Cassia, just make sure you do it at least once a month.
