With a photo editing program called gimp. It was an automatic option. I had to put a transparent layer over a photo and use the paintbrush option to trace and paint.

That's really cool! You did a good job. I'm terrible at those painting programs, but your picture looks fantastic:)

I like it! And I <3 gimp, its such a great program, and for free too, who would have thought? I catoonized myself too, its my current avi :D.
