Trying catnip

I've read this article http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/vbjournal.php?do=article&articleid=118 and hsve decided to try catnip tonight.

Can I use it on hair thats been washed with BS & ACV? Do I skip the ACV?

Any tips or suggesttions welcome :)

True - that is best, in my opinion.

Always follow baking soda - fully dissolved so it is not abrasive, with an acidic rinse to close cuticles and help prevent tangles.

Catnip, although acidic is not as acidic as a well diluted vinegar or lemon juice rinse.

Oh - hey - while the subject is open: how much catnip to how much water? I've got a lot of hair. And should I rinse it out?
