- Do an SMT or another moisturizing treatment, and which treatment do you do?

- Clarify your hair? And should it always be done before for example SMT? I mean, can the moisture get into the hair if I've used cones or oil on my hair?

I do a deep moisture treatment once a week and clarify once a month, always followed by an SMT :)

I deep oil my hair once a week (I guess it can be considered deep moisturising, right?) and clarify once a month and I also CO wash everyday or every other day =)

I clarify once a month (Prell followed by Ion's swimmer's shampoo) when I prep for my protein treatment (ApHogee 2 Step). I do a moisturizing treatment every Tuesday as part of the Treatment Tuesdays we have going on in the shoulder to APL thread. I usually do a coconut oil treatment.

I do a deep treatment every 2-3 months, more often in the winter.
I don't remember the last time I clarified my hair, it was at least a couple years ago. But, I don't use cones so I don't have to sorry as much about build up.

I clarify once a month. I rarely moisturize my hair because I usually put oil in it every time I wash it.

What's the difference between deep moisture treatment and SMT? If there is one at all, hehe.

Never. I just wash once a week with dilute shampoo, condition, and (if I remember) rinse with highly diluted vinegar, though I may quit that once I use up my current vinegar-for-hair supply, since I don't really notice a difference and I like a simple routine. I usually apply a small amount of oil to my ends 2-3 times between washes.
