Get Growing Tea

Hello All,

Has anyone tried the Get Growing Tea by Republic of Tea? I know some have tried the Rooibos tea...but I am under the assumption that those using it are doing so externally? Having lighter hair, I don't want to do anything topical.

It seems that the consensus was that it did help some, but that much cheaper, regular ol' rooibos tea would work just as well.
