I am thinking that I need to be doing this. I am CO with the occassional diluted CWC. My scalp is starting to get a little itchy!

Please share your scritching technique! I am afraid of doing something wrong and hurting my hair...

LOL. I know, that happens to me too. Sometimes it's simply because there are so many 'hits' and too much to wade through to find the answer I'm looking for. The only reason I was able to find this thread was because I had posted in it so I had a clear memory of the thread. Still there were a lot of hits when I entered 'scritching' into the search.
