1 year progress ;)

I just realized that it have been a while since I started my hair journey, and I thought I would post some pictures to share ;)

I decided to grow my hair out when I asked my hairdresser to cut as little as possible, but no shorter than shoulder. She cut it to my jaw. :( I had not been treating my hair very well (lots of heat and few trims, ripping a brush through my hair every day). So I had cut a lot of every once in a while, probably around 7 or 8 inches all together.

1: march 2010 (straightened)
2: july 2010 (curly)
3: Current hair (march 2012)
4: Current hair, curly. Wow - it looks so much shorter! :p

I don't straighten it very often, mostly for a party, or when I don't feel like dealing with the frizz. I put in some heat protectant, and split it into four layers, working from the bottom and up. I always use the lowest setting of heat, as my hair hold the new shape pretty well. It is probably more like 10-15 times a year. :)

I know, and the worst thing is I didn't even think about that song (I am not a huge abba fan). I just picked it because I like to dance, and after that, I remembered the song. So embarrassing. :p
