Hair length vs. height

I am 61" tall and my hair is 36+ (I stopped measuring a while ago). So my hair is more than 1/2 of my height. It is at hip now. Sometimes I like being short.

But it is interesting to know my hair is half my height!!!

59" here... so I guess my hair will technically be about half my height when it gets to 29.5"... HOWEVER, I won't actually count that because that's measured from the hairline... you would really need to measure from the top of your head to get a true proportion. I would guess you'd need to take about 6" off your hair length to get this measurement.

In other words, my hair would actually need to be at least 35.5" measured from the hairline in order to LOOK as if it was half my height (if that makes sense :D).

I'm actually not sure what my hair is at the moment, as I haven't measured since I cut off so much!! (The thought was a bit too depressing...).

It's just under my bottom bra strap. First goal is 31" wich is waist. That's almost half my lenght.

Im 68" tall and my hair is 22" or so. No where near half way, about a third I would love to grow to at least waist which is about 29.5". Or half my height which would be 34" or hip length- not sure my hair will make it that long though :( or look good at that length.

I'm about 64" (5'4") or a bit more and my hair is 23" measured from the hairline, 16" measured from the crown. I've got a long way to go, especially considering all the splits that have to be cut off. My hair won't be half my height until it's 39", and that's just straight - who knows when the curls will get there. But then I don't care how long my hair is when it's curly anyway.

77" tall and 40" long, almost to hip length. You shorter folks have it easy when it comes to growing hair that is longer by appearance.

I'm 68" (5'8") and my hair is 31" from my front hairline. It hits just below mid back. I have a long torso so its slow going.

I got 3" cut off about 2 months ago, with 1.25-1.5" growth since then. I used to be at waist length but then ends were super thin and unhealthy so I had to let them go.

My hair length is 79 percent of my height.

I have 13 inches to go to 62 inches.

Joining the zombie thread! I am very short (and happy about it!). I'm 58", my hair is 26" at last measure. 3 inches to go til I am 50% of my height, which will bring me close to hip!

I was curious as to everyone's heights because I saw so many people talking about the length of their hair that was inch-wise shorter than mine but longer as far as body proportions.
