I have had a net gain of 1 inch.

Sounds bad but here's why.

I colored my hair blue last year in the summer.http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x223/misspurd06/243034_1989552586411_1471249053_32147852_7874506_o-1.jpg

In the process of removing it I severely damaged the last 6 inches of my hair. I didn't cut those inches off right away because they were still wearable.

I get about an inch of growth a month. So every month I cut off an inch or 2. So in 7 months my hair is an inch longer.

I don't mind that it took forever! (LOL LHC makes that kind of growth seem like nothing.)

I just wanted to share my progress with y'all. This is my first progress post so I'm excited.

That blue hair was freaking amazing, just so you know!

Your natural hair is gorgeous as well, and with a growth rate like that, you'll have the damage grown out and to your goal length in no time! Good job on taking such good care of your hair, and happy growing.

I used a few hundred boxes (I mean 6) Color Oops to remove the blue and it damaged my hair.

The Color Oops doesn't bleach it just removes the oxidation. So I basically ended up with the color I started with.

SchnauzerMom - Is that a Schnauzer in the picture? He/she looks JUST like my Terrier Mix that I adopted from the dog pound 10 years ago! Hubby and I are always trying to guess what breeds she is made up of. She is the best dog in the world, just saying adopted mixed breed dogs are wonderful. OK, sorry for interupting.
