I thought it was a gimmick, but I bought the Copper Brush from Goody anyway.

DH is extremely pleased with the results. He does not use a dandruff shampoo, it is only the copper brush that has helped reduce the flakes.

Reealllyyy? I have dandruff and I really don't like the harsh shampoos. What does the copper do? Can anyone who is a scientist type answer this?

hmm..I've heard of both copper and magnets having positive effects on the body, but never have heard one way or the other about dandruff.
I found this little snippet about it here:

It says that copper is a natural fungicide, so who knows? I'm curious!

Copper is antifungal. My copper water fountains never grow mold or algae, while my resin ones do. Copper wire is also used on roofs along the shingles to keep mildew and algae from growing on the roof.
I really liked the Goody brush(it felt awesome on my scalp) too, but the ball tips break my hair.

Ooh I didn't know about copper being antifungal. I Was thinking about those copper and magnet bracelet things, but an antifungal thing would help.

What is it like; the picture is so small!
