Howdy do, all!

I was wondering what kinds of protein treatments everyone uses, how you use them, and when you use them? I'm thinking of trying them out. :D

If you want to go for something homemade you can just do a mask with eggs. My favorite one is Curl Junkie's "Repair me". It's a very good protein treatment and it's also moisturinzing (usually after a protein treatment you would have to do a moisturizing treatment. This product cuts out that step).

This stuff is really good. My hair is protein intolerant, but it responds really well (soft, shiny, defined waves) to this stuff when I need protein, which is rare.

I use conditioner with protein in it, when I need it, that's about it.
