Checking my hair thickeness

So... i am little shocked here.... When i first measured my hair for thickeness, i measured when my hair was very low just near where my neck starts and i then got 5 cm so just where the ii starts ( i squeeze as much as i can when meassure), so i've read about finding all the hair you have by putting your hair on top of your head and meassure there and i got 8 cm! Like what ????? 3 cm difference, so this means i have lots of new hair growing there .

So yeah i am little shocked but at same time i had this feeling that i could have made myself go thinner by too harsh brushing and now it seems i might be right !

But YEH me happy, now just need to take good care of my longer hair and wait for shorter hair to grow ! :D

Mine is the same way! I have a half inch difference between the base of my neck ponytail and one higher up on my head.
