To me a mullet only really happens when you're growing out very layered hair. It looks to me as if she's cut off most of the layers as she's grown, and has thus avoided a mullet!

To me a mullet only really happens when you're growing out very layered hair. It looks to me as if she's cut off most of the layers as she's grown, and has thus avoided a mullet!

To me it looks like there's a little shorter bit in the front, but yeah, you're right. I was too stubborn to cut any off while my mullet grew out.

I agree!

And great progress, I'm growing out a supershort pixie is as well so I know how it feels! It takes forever to grow it out nicely (ugh mullets, layers!)

It looks very healthy :)

Wow, fantastic bob! Your layers are all so even and precise! I know how hard it is to grow to that point. At this point, you'll hit shoulder before you know it!

Looks great! I am also following the method you (seems like) used, trimming the neck and sides to let the shorter layers catch up.

I did the towel test today, and it seems like I'm only about 1.5 inches from APL (at least my longest layers)..this is the first time I've "measured" and I'm a bit surprised! :)
