Thank you everyone that's had a look :) I'm really pleased with my progress from a horrible damaged bob to now and hope to be waist in 2014.

I don't know if I will go any longer than that as it's very thick and gets hard to manage after hip.
But I keep looking at the gorgeous hair Avital has and picturing it with a purple streak ;)

Thank you again for all the compliments, it's lovely to have some good feedback after nearly 2 years of feeling self conscious!

And the streak gets wrapped under in a sock bun for meetings with big clients ;)

Sadly Lipbalmbabe I dont avoid damage, I'm pretty useless at LHC style hair maintenence, I bleach, use permanent dye and blowfry and straighten.
Not to mention brushing it wet and sometimes not bothering with conditioner. I do use decent shampoos and conditioner and use coconut oil like a serum to smooth it so that helps stave off the damage. But really I should play nice now it's getting longer :o

I wasn't really sure if I should post an anniversary thread as I'm not really typical LHC material what with all the dying! But the advice and support here has stopped me from giving up on my slow growth many times over the past 3 years.
Hopefully that will be true over the next 3 :)
