I'm looking to achieve this color:
http://www.manicpanic.com/besthaircolor/electriclizard.html

I don't do my whole head, just a streak .

I'm not super impressed with how Manic panic foams and is generally messy to work with. I like "beyond the zone" color jamz brand ( the pink is amazing) but they don't carry the same shocking electric limey green as manic panic.

Are there any other brands that you all know of and can recommend?

What do you mean by "foam"? MP doesn't foam. It's soft, like putting pudding in your hair. For me, I use old wrapping paper in the room I use. I wish I could post a pic but I can't from the device I'm using. Basically I tape the paper to the walls, put it on the floor and cover the sink and anything the dye can get on. DH calls it the "Dexter room". Appropriate name I suppose since manic panic vampire red can look like blood on white wrapping paper.

ETA: Sorry, I can't suggest another brand. If I see something, I'll let you know though.

The manic panic gel is actually like normal dye!
I've used beyond the zone too, which I'd say lasted longer but I don't think it was vegan.

Crazy colour have a nice green thats similar, I've used it quite sucessfully for years as I prefer their texture and staying power to Manic Panic or Directions. They are available in the UK in wholesalers or on ebay... you could ebay some supplies if this site doesn't work.

Emerald green is very pretty and fades to a brighter and brighter lime.

There's also directions hair dye (http://www.lariche.co.uk/directions-hair-colour/). Spring green looks pretty similar to the colour you are looking for.

I want to see!

I have nothing else to add to this, sorry! I use Directions and know they have a good range, as do Stargazer. I believe they have a limey UV green.

SFX has better colour payoff and lasting power in my experience than Manic Panic, so I'd recommend that, too.

During my "dyeing years" I used Directions spring green a few times. It's wonderful.

Had most of the colours available, sucks you got to bleach beforehand to really make it pop tho.

Just thought I'd add I used Directions 'rubine' for a few years and it made my hair crumble and shed despite not bleaching beforehand, so you might want to keep that in mind before considering buying the brand (it may be just that set of colours though, as I'd imagine they have pretty different formulas for each colour)
