In Dec of '10 I decided to try 12 months of no trimming(which I completed yay!) right after I trimmed off 3-4in. I didn't measure or take pictures for 2 months as I adjusted to the loss in length (:0 :P). I decided to keep going for 2 more months so I would know exactly how much my hair grew in 1 year with no trims.
And lastly...pics! :)

I'm feeling like my ends are realllllly thin and I need few inch trim but I was also half hoping to continue on to knee with out. Oh the dilemma... :)
Thanks for looking!

I can see the first 2 pics. Your hair looks great and you got some good growth! Congrats! I was actually thinking your ends looked thicker at the 12 month photo than at your baseline. I can't see the last two pics though. If you are feeling thin, you could do several months of microtrimming to trim and maintain.

Thanks gingerbear. I can see all of the pictures and don't know enough to know why you can't. The thinness is takes up more of the length now. I might have to do that :)
EDIT: I re-posted the pics in the OP home that works....

I can only see the first 2 pics as well. Your hair looks longer and the hemline thicker in the 2nd pic.

Your hair is inspirational! I have been contemplating a trim. Are you happy that you did that trim? Do you think it made a difference? Because to me it looks like your hemline thickened up from it. My hair is a similar length to your first picture (TB-Classic area) and I've got thin ends (fairytales I guess) that I don't like. I was just thinking today about possibly cutting back to hip, but I can't seem to "pull the trigger". :p

Thanks everyone!
princessp, yes I was really glad I did it...after a month or so :P A year down the road I feel like I need to do it again though.

Great progress!! I love your curls! It's really up to you whether you keep growing or trim to thicken, but I personally like the look of fairy tail ends with curly hair. :D

Thank you all. I decided to wait two weeks and see if I still want to trim then. Over all I'm feeling better about my ends. Since I've been kinda ignoring my hair I think my ends in pictures caught me by surprise.
