Cones in 'poo vs conditioner

Cones in shampoo vs conditioner? Equally "coating"? Or no?

I love a certain brand of cone free deep conditioner I use... and I was tempted to get the shampoo, but the shampoo straight out has silicone oil in it.

I do use "light" cones... in my American conditioner, which costs an arm and a leg over here, if i can even get it...

That's an interesting thread, I have problems finding sulphate and cone-free shapoo (though I managed to find cone-free conditioner), but I'm kinda of noob here =B Still you're not the only one with that doubt
