Need New Washing Routine

So here is the problem. I usually CWC but only wash my scalp. I also use
Manic Panic, a temporary dye. The color is fading unevenly because I only wash the length every week or two.

What is a gentle shampoo that will be okay to use on the scalp and length to ensure a more even fade? Will anything sulfate free basically work?

I am thinking yes, any sulfate free shampoo will work. Have you thought of adding some dye to your conditioner or shampoo? If you want to prevent fading, i have read some people do this with good results.

Yeah, I'm ready to try another color, so this time I'm not focused on saving the color. But I will try puttin the next color in my conditioner for sure. I do clarify about once every week or two.

I think the aim is to use the gentlest possible product that will clean your hair. Have you tried co? Or continue cwc on the entire length but make sure the conditioner can be rinsed with the shampoo you use. ( if you C with cones NB. some cones can be removed without sls, there are threads here)
