I knew one was headed this way, Rich (amadlife0) made it for me for organizing a group order on the Dutch forum, and he told me.

And it's so pretty!

That's so pretty. I love the bead  it's gorgeous!

I've noticed blue hairsticks go like hotcakes on Ebay, which doesn't surprise me as it's my favourite colour too.

Very nice. I would have to say that amadlife's sticks are my favorite. And he's very generous with the gems he puts on top. I've got one right now with a big chunk of turquoise, and it's not the jasper painted turquoise, but the real stuff. I also have a purple one that is somewhat similar (although not as nice) as the one you've got. The blue looks so good in your hair!

Thank you!

Yeah, he is generous. Though I am very glad he put a small one on top. I have seen big chunks appear on sticks and to be truthful, I don't like the big ones much. But this one is really nice and just the right size to be pretty :)

Rich is a sweetheart -- he's very kind and generous and provides excellent customer service. I have several of his hairsticks, and they're among my favorites.

Your new hairstick is very beautiful, eadwine. None of mine from Rich have a bead. Maybe I should get one. :)

I recently got two sticks from amadlife, and they are really nice.
Here is one - with a jingle ring (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=360024029446&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=023#ebayphotohosting), and here is the other (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=360019266163&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=023#ebayphotohosting).

Here is a lovely stick (http://cgi.ebay.com/Wood-hairpins-sticks-Dymondwood-Ring-hair-pin_W0QQitemZ360033225067QQihZ023QQcategoryZ45225Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohost ing)that he has on offer now -- but it is a bit too long for me. Maybe one of you ladies with longer hair than mine would like it.

Its so good to be back here! Let the enabling begin!!

I would want to bet that when you ask him if he can shorten it a bit he would do it too.

D'oh! :o :lipssealed:

I seriously did not see that, or the extra bead pictures! I must have major eye problems!

It looks great in your hair. Is that the 10 second bun again? Can't wait till I have the length for that, it looks so nice in your hair!

Wow that bead is so cool!

March 15th, 2008, 08:36 PM
Don't worry about it! :)

And yep, pretty much anything that goes in the hair these days for me is done using that 10sec bun. The only thing my slippery hair allows to stay up in

What is it made of? It looks like a tiny piece of turquoise turned in glass, and then spun with silver. I have to admit, I am a bit envious. You must not lose that stick! (dunno I always lose my favorite things..., just a warning, if you really like it; if not PM ME!! I ADORE IT) So much for talking in ()eses.
Happy Holidays, nonetheless!!!

The silver is IN the glass still.. I have no idea exactly how it is made, but it does look like turquoise alright. :)

You can always contact him, ask if he has more ;)

Yup--Amadlife sticks are just as smooth as Sixtieth st. Amadlife seem to branching out now and making some interesting designs.
