Bangs or no bangs, advice please :3

I've seen a lot of people ask this before, and I'd like to ask everyones opinion for myself ^^ I've asked my b/f and real life friends too and got mixed responses.


I'm at the hair dressers tomorrow so this is a last chance thing and I'm still undecided.

Do I go for bangs or not?

I would keep using the fake bangs but they are lighter than my natural colour which makes them really stand out in natural sun light >.<

Any advice is most welcome ^^

I think side swept, or fully blunt short (Eyebrow length) would look fantastic on you.

I like the bangs! They add a nice, soft look to your pretty hair and, from what I can see, they would frame your eyes nicely. I am bangs-biased though :shrug:

I like you with the bangs, and would vote for short blunt bangs too. When you don't want to wear them out you could always pin them back or get some pretty accessories.

aww thank you all so much guys ^^. I think I'm probably going to play it safe and stay with out bangs.

But I'm going to see if I can find some more fake bangs that match my colour better than these ones.

I may even ask the stylist to trim the fake ones I have now to make them a little shorter like a lot of you suggested. That way I'll have the best of both worlds.

So I'm back from the salon. I was very nervous but I managed to get the stylist to agree from three inches to a half inch off my ends, and we have "started to cut in a V" but as it looks now it makes a nice U shape, so I probably wont be back in six to eight weeks O.o like "we planned"


I knew that it was going to be a heat fest and as it's February I let her blow my hair out. Last night I gave myself a three hour oil treatment in prep for today so hopefully my hair will bounce back from the blow fry quickly. I declined the flat irons.

So here is my trim

Hey! I note no bangs. But it could be because I do not like those bangs at all. I agree with other people, they are too long. Maybe experiment with other types of bangs, maybe spome that would fall just below your eyebrows. Maybe give your fake bangs a make over....you could even dye them to match your natural hair color. If you want to keep the length, maybe something funky would work better, like a different color and texture!

No bangs but a slight side parting suits you rather than centre parting... or sideswept bangs. I think the long bangs look a bit blah.. I agree with Heidi.

I am a huge fan of bangs but in your instance i prefer without, you have a beautiful face with great features, show them off!
