I've read that zinc would help against dandruff, and that some special HydraZinc formula in the Head&Shoulder shampoo was the secret of that stuff.
Since I've switched to herbal shampoos I sometimes get dandruff, but I don't like Head&Shoulders.
So I thought of getting these zinc tablets from the apothecary, to fight against dandruff from the inside.
Has anyone made experiences with taking zinc against dandruff?

Try ACV rinces and let your hair rest from any poos for several days. Try to incorporate CO in your rutine. It is my belief that so called anti dandruff products just give you more flakes.

If your scalp feels dry try doing coconut oil treatments over night.
