how would you cut your bangs to achieve this?

I drew it out would it be answer A or B?

the drawing is not mirrored, its as if you were facing the person with his bangs down.

If you wanted your bangs to be like the picture A, I'd just do a vertical hair cut. Where you hold the scissors vertically and cut that way. It's also the lightest way to cut hair. I don't know how you'd honestly cut figure B.

I think the OP means which is the right shape bang to cut? Not advice on the actual cutting technique.
At least, that's what I'd be asking :-)

I checked youtube, and I found this:

It's in Japanese (sorry), but just watching it is enough to understand how to do it. I often check the Japanese haircut instructions because they tend to be good (at least in my opinion). There are a couple more videos you could check if you're interested. You can search for 前髪 on youtube, which means "bangs".
