Does anyone know a hair-related use for juniper berries? Can you apply a tea made with it to your hair for some remedy or something? You know, does anyone know any use for juniper berries, in general? I found a bag full of dried berries and I'd love to use them.

I would like to know this as well, I harvest these whenever I can and have a bag! I use them for tea and incense. :) Wonderful stuff, juniper!

I've used them on my hair ever since I read years and years ago that they were good for hair-- though I don't remember why!

Juniper is good for the scalp, so maybe some kind of tea rinse?

They are great for a diaretic. I wish I had a tree to harvest them. I use them everyday but I buy them.

Thank you - probably the latter, lol.

Actually, I just ask the search engines the "right" questions.

They taste great in casseroles, especially with venison. You can also use them very successfully in sauces.
