Hey everyone!

I have toadstool's blue lilac deep conditioner in my hair right now under a shower cap, and it's been in about 2 hours. I'll pry leave it in another 2 before I wash it out, but I wondered how long every one else keeps there wash out conditioner in? :D

My instructions say 3 minutes, but I usually manage 15-20 minutes while I soak in a hot bath.

I put a bit on damp hair after washing and leave it in untill next time I wash it

An hour, on average. If I don't have time it's 30 minutes, if I do have time and I don't get headache from wearing towel I can go up to 3 hours with a mask (I don't use conditioner, it's always a deep treatment) on my head.

I put it on dry hair, as a mask, for up to 4 hours. Usually I can only stand it for 2-3 hours though. :p In the shower, the longest I leave it in my hair is probably 5 min. I take short showers, and especially can't stand showers now that I'm pregnant- but my DR had forbade me from taking baths because it might be too warm for the baby.

Rubish!! If you don't get overheated, your baby won't. It's very well protected inside of you.

Amber maiden - if you are not getting nauseous or dizzy in the bath then its ok to be in the bath. I love baths at the end of my pregnancies.

Since my prewash conditioner is in for a while, I just leave my wash out in for the recommended two or three minutes - I get antsy and want to get out of the shower and I get that way in the tub too!

On a normal wash probably about 5 mins while I wash the rest of me. If I'm doing a deep treatment at the weekend probably more like 20 mins while I pamper myself. No way I could manage walking around with it on for hours! I just wondered, do you actually see any extra benefits from leaving it on so much longer?

Since I use a deep treatment before a wash and CO, I just leave mine in for about 10-20 minutes.

If it's just a regular S&C, I probably leave it in 5 minutes or so while I do other shower duties. If I'm doing a deep conditioning around one hour.

For my everyday conditioner, I like to leave it in for about a minute or two before rinsing it out. For my deep conditioner, at least 5 minutes.:)

Yep, I do. I only do it once a week though as that's all I have time for. :D

I usually condition before I wash (and just sash my roots.) So I put it on at the beginning of my shower, then rinse it out at the very end of my shower. Somewhere between 5-15 minutes.
Eta: I hear you on the ipad thing. I have a kindle that's sometimes a pain to type on...

I only leave it in for as long as it takes me to do everything else in the shower.

the only time i get near to a deep conditioning is when i dye it every 10-12 weeks or so, and that stays in for 4-6 hours depending on how annoying it gets.

For me, it's usually 5-20 minutes, depending on what I'm doing in the shower, or if I'm taking a bath.

Anything from 5 mins to a couple of hours depending on the situation/washing method.

For my regular conditioner I put my first conditioner on dry hair from ears down for 10 minutes and then after ive shampooed I leave my 2nd one for 5-10 minutes.

For my weekly DC ive been known to leave it on for 2 days, but on average about 5 hours!
