My scalp is giving me hell at the moment, and it's really upsetting because it's making me shed even more, and I already have a problem with shedding. I think it might be eczema. I get eczema a lot, and I think it might have decided to take up residence on my head. Last week or so I did a baking soda/ vinegar clarifying rinse and I think I may have overdone it, because ever since my hair has been really dry and my scalp has been itchy. I know baking soda can be abrasive if it is not dissolved properly, and I made sure it was dissolved and I boiled the water. I may have rinsed it too much though, becuase I think I had a lot of build-up and I wanted to make sure it was all gone. I have a bad habit of over-doing things. Any suggestions?
