I discovered a far cheaper and less hassle way of doing an apple cider vinegar rinse so I thought that I would share this with you.

One day I was stuck in the bathroom having forgotten to make up my ACV rinse in it's usual salad bowl. So I reached for my spray bottle and used that instead. I squeezed out the excess water from my hair and then just sprayed on the ACV solution I had in my spray bottle until my hair felt wetter. I then squeezed the excess out again, as I would have after an ACV rinse, and wrapped up my hair as normal in a towel. To my surprise it worked just as well. So I've kept doing it.

I use a fraction of the apple cider vinegar this way because I'm spraying it on, not wasting any. It's much more convenient too as I only mix it up once, pour it into the spray bottle and then just leave it by the bath. It is lasting me ages!

I use a spray bottle that I bought in a hair dressers supply store. It has a powerful spray in it and wets the hair again quickly.
