Does it look like I'm at waist?!?!

I'm only 5 ft and I'm really short waisted! I remeasured last night and I'm now at 26.5 inches! So does it look like I hit waist?

I'd call that hip-ish as well. Waist would be the narrowest part of your torso, your hair is much longer than that.

You are at hip, by my best guess. Waist is measured by the narrowest part of your body, where most women wear a empire waist style dress. I think you may have been thinking of waist band of your pants as waist. :)

Man my waist measurement was 28 inches almost! I'm 36 inches now, tailbone and I'm 5'2... My torso is very small too :( but the what a difference in numbers!
