I never measure. I guess 1/2 an inch from the looks of it! Well, at least I hope so!!! hahaha!

great growth. How often do you micro trim and S&D

I go to the salon and get a professional trim about every 6 months or so. Just recently about 3 weeks ago my husband bought some hair trim shears and I gave myself a home trim of about a quarter of an inch...about a week later I woke up one day and just felt like my hair was so long! It was like I shocked my hair and had a growth spurt LOL!!!!!!

You have some good growth, but it looks like the condition of your hair has improved greatly. It didn't look at all bad, in the first pic, but it looks so shiny and amazing in the second! Congratulations. :)

I CO wash and rarely use shampoo.
Once every few months I use Natural Instints to tint my hair a new shade and I beleive that it is what gives my hair the "high gloss" shine people keep commenting on ;)

Thanks everyone! I was getting professional trims every 3 months for a while untile I get rid of the damage, then cut it to every 6 months. But I do do S&D ;)
