shampoo bars

just wondering if anyone could tell me abit more about shampoo bars?

i've heard their less drying, so could it be better for me than normal shampoo?

Some, like the lush bars, are pretty much the same as normal shampoo, they just cut back on packaging and are easier to carry around. Others like CV bars have very different ingredients that most find benificial, often including lovely natural things :) There are some fabulous threads on shampoo bars here, I suggest you have a nice browse through the comments and experiences of the wiser people here than myself ;) Im sure they can point you in the right direction :)
