Hello :) I'm the new one here, but I've read this forum for a long time. I read about satin sleep cap and I'd like to buy one, but it's one big problem - in Poland I can't buy it :( In stores or online, there are no satin sleep caps at all :( So I figured out I can order it from abroad but I can't find any shop which delivers to my country:mad:. Maybe you know any? Especially this one seems good to me: http://www.amazon.com/Stay-On-Satin-Pocket-Bonnet/dp/B003I5ZMDY

I'm not familiar with this particular one, but it seems okay. Only one negative review and all it doesn't give much detail.

You probably already know this, and I can tell you are really wanting a sleep cap, but just thought Id mention that I lay a satin scarf across my pillow. Works like a charm!

What about trying to make one? Cut a circle of satin or silk and thread elastic around the edges and pull tight. There are some cool tutorials on YouTube. Hope this helps.

I was looking at this same one last night. wondering if any fellow longhairs have tried it....the one I got at Walmart is getting too small for all of my hair:)

Aprilsky--Good luck finding one. Making one out of a silk scarf might not be a bad idea.

I bought one from here (http://prettyanntoinets.com/category_7/Bonnets.htm) recently, they shipped to the UK so they might well ship to Poland as well. :) It was only $3.50 USD international shipping too!

Hi, I'm in the UK.
If you can find one on Amazon.co.uk I'll buy it and send it to you. They dont look very expensive and postage shouldn't be much from the UK.
You can send
Me something nice for my hair from Poland in return.

I have one of the "Pocket Bonnet" styles you linked in the first post, and honestly, I find it awkward. It's difficult to get my hair into it properly, it has to be tied on snugly, and it tries to slip off a lot in the night. What I use normally is this one (http://www.amazon.com/Stay-Satin-Nites-Bonnet-Sleep/dp/B003I5SC72/ref=pd_sim_bt_1) and I find it comfortable year-round.

Sleep caps usually take a week or two of nightly use before you manage to keep them on all night, so don't freak out if you find yours across the room a few times. After that, however, I find that the style I linked to stays on well and doesn't leave lines on my forehead.

Making one is a good point. Then you have a much better choice of materials.

I wear the one that can be found in the ethnic section of any drugstore.

these two worked for me. I am sure there is something similar in Poland.
