It's a miracle!

My hair has thinned by a good 50% over the last ten years. Almost a year and a half ago I had most of my thyroid removed because of a large tumour. That didn't help matters at all, and my eyebrows started thinning and I developed many of the symptoms of hypothyroidism, but had no insurance to do anything about it. Well, I'm now on thyroid meds and have about six inches of new Flyaway hair all over my head! It's coming back! I've never been so happy about flyaways. :-D

Ohhh that's wonderful news :) I've had quite the shed recently due to coloring and previous neglect, and my hair feels so darn thin. I can only imagine how excited you are!

I experienced thinning in the past and I am still getting very nervous when I start to shed more than usual, so I also LOVE discovering new baby hairs, even if it looks strange in an updo!
