View Full Version : Skyrim inspired Christmas hair!

I came across this hairstyle when watching two of my favourite lovely haired ladies on youtube - TorrinPaige and LaDollyVita33.
I tried Torrin's version (http://www.youtube.com/torrinpaige#p/c/F3508F6411A91FDE/83/_5wJ32M9PzQ) - but the braids at the front didn't seem to sit right on my head. Lo and behold I saw LaDollyVita33 had put up a revised version of it for shorter hair here (http://www.youtube.com/ladollyvita33).
So I ended up doing a kind of mashed up version between the two. I dutch lace braided the front, but only did two braids at the back. I ended up using the ends of my ribbon to secure the individual loops at the back by tying them in a bow.

I really like it! I'm thinking it will definitely be the perfect Christmas day style - festive and up off my neck in this heat! :D

Thanks everyone! Yame, I think it's just from one of the people you talk to - TorrinPaige has a screenshot of it in her vid (though it looks rather different in real life :p )

I never saw this style in Skyrim though. Guess I didn't play enough!

I've only been watching my son play but it seems really lacking in female characters to speak to. I have to admit I wasn't paying much attention to the hair. The weapons had my attention. LOL

Great hair! How long did it take you to get it styled that way?

Haha fair enough! Didn't take too long - maybe 20 minutes? I guess it depends on how quickly you can braid (and whether they cooperate when looping :p)

So glad to see the sky rim thing was a hit! I felt really flattered to be included in Torrin's beautiful hair idea! She's always coming up with things I just love! Hopefully my hear will listen to me and grow longer! LOL
