I have been a regular trimmer since joining LHC to remove damage, layers, dye.. well, I still have faded dye but I have healthy ends now and want to gain some serious length!

If you are dedicated to not trimming in the year of 2012, this is your thread :)

I'll join you! I plan to trim when I get to TBL- so that will be towards the end of 2012, or beginning of 2013 :)

I'm in!! I just trimmed by the lunar calendar and I'm ready to let my hair just grow. I haven't had much success with trimming regularly except seeing my little bit of growth on the floor.

I'm excited to see how it looks this time next year!

I'm not trimming next year at all, maybe not even till 2013. I used to be around here a little in 2007 and 2008, then life was chaotic and I cut, in late 2009 and January 2010 and in June and in November so now I have really short jaw length hair in layers, that has also been fried by coloring and serious neglect.

Woe is me...growing out layers is so painful but this time I'm going to try no trimming, no dyeing, no fiddling till it gets to a certain point. To make it harder, my hair has radically changed from 2007, because I'm going through some challenging health times.

But I don't care. This is the hair I have, I like it well enough and I'm content with what I've got, I just want to let it grow.

So I'm in. I know it's painful and sometimes even embarrassing to not trim especially when it looks like it needs it so much but we can encourage each other to just take it easy and let it grow, let it grow, let it grow!

I've finally finished trimming to get rid of layers so I'm in!

I just calculated that if I don't cut in 2012 my hair should be at classic length next December.
That's all I have to say.
I'm joining the club of non-trimmers :D

Ive been an avid trimmer and still believe in them, however I am only going to do them bi annually to gain as much growth as I can. so I am in sort of! next trim is due 12th May!

I will join this thread as well, and hope I can keep it up not because I like to trim but because I don't know how long my hair can grow in the quality it is without breaking.

Hmm... I think I'll go for it, barring unforseen catastrophes of course. I know January's almost over so it's a bit late to commit to something "for the year" - but I haven't trimmed yet this year, so no damage done!

Good luck people! I wont be joining in (though I kind of want to) because my ends needs to be gone. I am considering joining next year though, so I will keep an eye on this thread to see how you are all doing. :)
