3 year anniversary!

I have never announced any anniversary on lhc before, I guess i was never satisfied enough to share my progress.
But after all, I'm glad where I am right now, even though I've had a really slow progress so far. My hair tangles a lot, which causes a lot of fairy knots. I practically don't have a single hair that doesn't have a knot:D.
No matter how I wear my hair, it tangles a lot.
So basically I try to take care of it the best I can and I trim really often.

Also, I love my locks dark. So I henndigo and I've been dying my hair for years now.

Anyways, a lot of experimenting with oil and conditioner has got me this far. And even though my hair is a pain to take care of sometimes, I am really happy with the things i've learned on this forum!

SO envious over here! Your hair is amazing. I noticed in the earlier pics, your hair had more big curls, and as it got longer, the curls loosened quite a bit. Do you think it's a result of the henndigo? Regardless, it's gorgeous!!!!

anikadear, I think it's mostly due to the weight of my hair.
But I must say that the outer layer has always been a lot more straight than the layers underneath. I actually have spiral curls going on there, they are just covered by this thick, heavy hair(:

Helene, my hair really doesn't grow that fast. Note that my hair is quite damp in the last picture, which stretches out my curl. I dust my ends about twice a week, and trim about one cm every two months (so extremely small trims). I prefer maintaining the length whilst slowly gaining health, instead of the other way around.
