After 2y and 8m I reached my (intermediate?) goal tailbone length!l

Hi there!

I'm so happy that all the effort and the special hair care paid off to grow my BSL hair to my tailbone. Thanks a lot!

This was my layered hair back in march 2009:

But I'm insecure, if I want to grow my hair to classic length because I'm very short...but we'll see :D.

Your hair looks so gorgeous and shiny! Good for you. I'm short too (5'1) and one of my greatest fears of growing my hair long is that it will make me look shorter. But your hair looks really good on you and doesn't make you look short at all.

And as others have said, don't worry about the height thing. I'm very short too and I've learned that I'm going to look short no matter what, but I won't be happy with my hair unless it is long :D. (And yes, I am self conscious about my height but it doesn't matter how my hair is, people will still notice my height!! I do think that if I have really long hair though, maybe that will stand out enough that my height ceases to be the first thing people notice about me!!).

Yes, I trimmed about 2 times a year about 1 inch.
