Plaster.

My hair feels like plaster. It started feeling like this about three or four days ago:(
I do not know what could be wrong? The only thing different that i have been doing is using coconut oil. I was so excited to start using it i slathered my head in it and left it for three days. Did i do this wrong?
Please help!!

Yep, that could have done it. You are supposed to apply most oils with a light hand...

How much are you supposed to apply for a deep treatment?
I have read many different things on here.

You can apply oil for a deep treatment.
Maybe what happened was that your coconut oil hardened... it's one of the oils that can solidify when the temperature drops...

If it's due to the over-oiling, a wash should clear it up.
