Hair products for styling

What are some non chemical natural type of hair styling products? I need something light for when I style my hair in waves.

Aloe vera gel (the clear stuff, not the green/blue stuff for sunburns) seems to be a popular one around here.

Anything else? I need the curls or waves to stay in.

I use the jessicurl line of products and it has all natural ingredients (http://www.jessicurl.com/). Other natural curly brands that wavies like are curl junkie and spiral solutions. For at home product many people have success with making flax seed gel (jessi curl rockin ringlets is actually made of this stuff). If you google flax seed gel you will find various recipes and youtube videos.
