I bought a new book "Naturally Healthy Hair"

I bought this hair book from Amazon and I absoluetly love it, especially since I love reading in general. It has everything from making your own herbal shampoos, ayurvedic hair care, food & diet for hair growth, hairstyles etc.

It's informative and fun to read. I would recommend this book to anyone who has not read it:)im wondering does anyone have this book? I just thought I would like to share.

Dreamkitty would you tell me something :) does the book mention anything about water being great for hair, and does it say if sugar is bad for it?? I really appreciate if you can see what it says...that would help me a ton!!!

I have a vintage hair style book and its a pdf book I love those type of books. I also found one on there I liked a year ago I do love amazon and books. That books look interesting.
