Ok, n00b here... And I still don't quite have the hang of doing forum searches on here, yet! I'm sure this information is here already, so if someone wants to point me in the right direction... How does one do an ACV rinse, exactly?

I found the thread discussing the proper dilutions of ACV to water, and this morning I tried to do one. I mixed a small amount in with a glass of water (I'm not one for precise measuring) and then washed my hair... And then I was like, now what? lol I realized I didn't have the foggiest idea what to do next! I just sort of bent over and poured it all over as bet as I could, but it was so runny I don't know how I would massage it in or anything. And then I though, do I rinse out the rinse? lol I did, just in case, but I really had no clue what I was doing.

So tips? Tricks? Methodologies? The link to a how-to thread on LHC? TIA!!!

I do it the same way as you did, so I hope it's right :D

Pour it over your head. I put my hand to protect my forehead and pour from my hairline with my head tilted back. Then i stick my head under cool water for a few seconds to run through it.
