I tried to search, but both no and poo are too short to search for. I have been doing baking soda and ACV for several months and I have started to lose my hair. I need advice... But I can't find the people who use the same routine. Help?

Depends on what you consider to be "no-poo" as well.

I don't use shampoo, but I do wash with silicone-free conditioner, and have done so for two years now with excellent results. The CO-washing thread is here: http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/showthread.php?t=2898
